A constant focus on and dedication to his customers has driven this Pensacola, Florida native to become one of the finest Restaurant Consultants in the Southern Panhandle area! And, over the last six years, he has built his business to meet that maxim while creating a team of like minded highly experienced professionals who are ready to get the job done for you. At age 9 Ralph began working in the family restaurant. By the age of 14 he new every facet of this business and had also dived head long into the produce purveyor industry helping his grandfather Harlen Johnson. 10 additional years of experience and hard work resulted in Ralph becoming the GM of the largest sports bar in the state of Colorado which also coincided with his first deployment of a state of the art restaurant point of sale systems (POS) called Toast. A common name in the industry today, this deployment was one of the first of its kind for the Toast POS System. Before his return to Pensacola, Ralph had launched a restaurant franchise from the ground floor, run fine dinning establishments in California, and continued to take control of the POS Systems and payment processing for all of these establishments. Ralph finished his front of the house career at The District Seville Steak and Seafood. By 2016 Mr. Lawrence had turned his attention to creating RL Technologies. Witnessing bad decisions being made by owners and general managers who were misinformed, ill advised, or simply operating out of their comfort zone paved the way to Mr. Lawrence creating an ISO (Independent Sales Organization) and restaurant consulting services that were geared toward helping the business owner make these decisions. By affording the business owner the same degree of loyalty that industry salespersons show to their own brand, he knew he could create a viable business model that resulted in a family like customer base.
